Services provided 9a-5p ET, Monday-Friday. Up to 6 touchpoints per lead (calls, text, email). Initial contact within 1 business day. Appointment booking into your in-house system or ProfitEngines.

Client acknowledges that fees are charged $15 per lead worked and not per booking or per showed appointment. Client acknowledges that it has received, read, understands and agrees to be bound by the terms of this Order Form, which terms are governed by PracticeBloom's Terms of Service, including without limitation, Dispute Resolution section of the Terms of Service. PracticeBloom's Terms of Service are available here: https://cc15.customerbloom.com/terms | Upon expiration of the Contract Term, Client’s service will automatically renew unless it provides PracticeBloom with notice of non-renewal in accordance with the Termination/Cancellation section of the Terms of Service.
